Rental Policy
A legal disclaimer
By completing your purchase and reserving rental equipment with Bonded Bliss Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental Period- The rental period begins at the agreed-upon delivery or pickup time and ends at the agreed-upon return or collection time. -Late returns will incur additional fees, calculated on a daily basis, unless prior arrangements are made.
2. Payment Terms- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental items. - All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
3. Security Deposit- A refundable security deposit may be required for certain rental items and will be specified at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned within 5-7 business days after the rental items are inspected and confirmed to be in their original condition.
4. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a 100% refund of the rental fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original event date.
5. Customer Responsibilities- The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rental items during the rental period. - Rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Any damages, loss, or theft will result in additional charges to repair or replace the items. - Proper use of rental items is required. Any misuse or negligence will void the agreement, and additional charges may apply.
6. Delivery and Setup- Delivery and setup services are available within a 50-mile radius of Clarksville/ Fort Campbell. Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside this range. - The customer must provide clear access to the event site and ensure the area is ready for setup.
7. Liability- Bonded Bliss Events is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of rental items. - The customer assumes all risk and liability for the use of the rented equipment and agrees to indemnify Bonded Bliss Events against any claims arising from its use.
8. Weather Policy- In the event of inclement weather, the customer is responsible for ensuring the rental items are protected from damage. - If weather conditions prevent the safe use of certain items, Bonded Bliss Events reserves the right to cancel or modify the rental agreement. Refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Changes to Rental Orders - Changes to rental orders (e.g., adding or removing items) must be requested at least 7 days before the event date. Approval is subject to availability.
10. Agreement- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this rental policy.
